1. Promotion Overview

Purchase carpet with us during the promotional period and go in the draw to win $5,000 back! One lucky customer will be refunded $5,000 on their qualifying carpet purchase.

2. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Wilsons Cambridge Limited (“the Promoter”), a New Zealand registered company. All decisions by the Promoter are final and binding.

3. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

4. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for entry into the draw, the following conditions must be met:

• The customer must purchase carpet from the Promoter with a total invoice value exceeding $8,000 (incl. GST). Does not apply to the curtain or flooring sales.

• The invoice must be issued within the Promotion Period (i.e., dated between 1 August and 30 September 2025).

• The purchase must be for residential use only.

• The customer must reside in New Zealand and be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase.

5. Automatic Entry

Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the draw upon full payment of their qualifying invoice. Only one entry per invoice will be permitted.

6. Prize Details

• The prize is a cash refund of NZD $5,000, paid to the winning customer via bank transfer.

• The prize may be redeemable for credit or product on agreement with the Promoter.

7. Draw and Winner Notification

• The prize draw will take place early October 2025.

• The draw will be conducted randomly from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.

• If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 10 working days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. Exclusions

• Purchases below the $8,000 threshold are not eligible.

• Commercial or trade accounts are excluded.

• Cancellations, refunds, or unpaid invoices will render an entry ineligible.

9. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and may request proof of identity, address, and purchase.

10. Privacy

Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. General

• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to compliance with applicable laws.
